Creating with Flow

Tool Editor

Flow’s Tool Editor is the place where you customize size, type, and color. When you’re drawing, the Tool Editor displays as a compact size with controls to quickly adjust the size and hue of the current tool. When expanded – either by tapping the tool icon at the top, or the selected tool in the tool dock – it shows detailed controls for customization.

By default, the Tool Editor is placed on the left side of the screen; however, you can switch it to the right side by pushing the Tool Dock toward the edge of the display.

The Tool Editor is also where you control the eraser. In the compact Editor, you can select the stroke or normal eraser and further options for each.

Eyedropper

Finally, the Tool Editor also contains an eyedropper tool. To use the eyedropper, press and hold on the current color on the compact Editor and drag over colors on your document you want to match. You can also drag over another tool to match its color. Once you release your finger, the color you’ve just selected will be applied to your current tool.
